Introduction
Plastic Stainless Steel Dispensing Tips are constructed with stainless steel straight cannula epoxy sealed to a double helix Luer lock polypropylene hub. Polished burr-free finish for smooth fluid dispensing.High-precision stainless steel tube is used for precise internal and external polishing and ultrasonic cleaning, so as to avoid burrs and completely clean the inside of the needle without contaminating fluid materials such as glue. High-strength UV glue and advanced penetration technology are used to insert the needle tube, so as to avoid the falling off of the connecting part of the needle tube. The needle base is made of high-quality special materials, which can effectively shield ultraviolet rays, so as to avoid the phenomenon that glue is wasted in the needle during the expensive UV glue dispensing process.
